How to Check out the keyboard shortcuts
To see the function of each key, go to Edit> Keyboard Shortcuts, check a layout in the drop-down list and you will be able to see all the keyboard shortcuts. The purple keys refer to the application-wide hot keys, while the green colored keys indicate panel-specific hot keys. And keys colored both purple and green are the keys assigned to application commands and panel commands.
To view the shortcut for a function, enter the keyword in the Search tab and the respective shortcut will be displayed. So you just need to click on the area below the shortcut next to the value you want to change.
Then press the key to which you want to assign the function. A warning message will be displayed at the bottom of the screen if there is a function with the same shortcut.
It shows you the function that has been replaced. To assign that specific shortcut, tap the command name highlighted in blue. Now click on the area under Shortcut and add the new key. Export and import shortcuts

To import this keyboard layout, you will need to copy the .kys file and place it in the location mentioned above on your new computer. Once copied, open keyboard shortcuts, choose the new layout from the Layout drop-down and hit OK button From now on, the selected .kys file will be loaded by default when you launch Adobe Premiere Pro. Save and export custom presets
Preset is another feature that will help you speed up up your work. More importantly, presets allow you to be more efficient with your editing workflow. You can create your own presets and export them. This is useful if you work in a team, and everyone on the team has to use the same effects. Step 1: Go to the Effects panel on Premiere Pro and click Presets. Then right click on it and select New Presets Bin. That will add a new bin to the list.
Step 2: Now go to the Effects Control Panel and select the preset you want to copy. When you’re done, click Save Preset> Ok. Keep in mind to keep the newly created preset selected in the Effects panel.
That is it. Your new preset has all the new effects. Double click on it to check. Now all you need to do is right click on it and click on Export button If you want to export multiple presets at the same time, click on them to select them and press Export button
Fortunately, importing presets to Premiere Pro is also the same. Go to the Effects window, right-click and select Import.

Last but not least, if you have trouble remembering all shortcuts, you can print a copy of all shortcuts. To do this, open the Keyboard Shortcuts window, choose the layout and click the Copy to Clipboard button at the bottom.
