As with services like Netflix and Prime Videos, clearing Prime Music song history also means removing said titles from your history list. To do this, follow the steps below. That will open up all numbers along with the timestamp. Step 3: Now check the box for each track you want to delete. Then tap the three-dot menu and select Delete Number from History.
Do this for the rest of the song. That is it. I know, I know, the process can be a bit boring. But for now, that’s the only way to selectively remove recently played songs from the list. Step 4: The changes are not immediately reflected on your phone app. To do this, you have to register again. To do this, tap the gear-shaped icon in your app and tap Sign Out.
Alternatively, if you want to delete the entire album, scroll to the top of the page where all albums are listed and click View All.
Then hover over the thumbnail, click the three-dot menu, and select Delete Track from History. Easily.
Obviously, deleting entire albums makes more sense than selecting and deleting individual songs. While the Recently Played section is being filled up again when you listen to new songs, it will prevent the unwanted songs from flooding your queue. And using a shared account prevents the other person from knowing (and rating) your music taste.
1. Delete the followed playlist

3. Change the streaming quality
If you haven’t really looked at the settings yet, let me tell you that Prime Music offers three different music quality plans: best quality, balanced quality and speed, fastest streaming. The default streaming quality is Auto. However, you can always change it. To do that, go to Settings and scroll down until you see Streaming Quality and select the first option.
Note: Keep in mind that switching to high-quality streaming will also affect your data plan. Alternatively, if you don’t want your numbers buffered at the slightest pretext, the latter option is your best bet. Just keep in mind that you won’t get the highest quality in this.
4. Download songs without internet days
My only problem with online streaming services is that unless you have a few offline songs with you, it can be an ordeal when you’re in an area with spotty internet, especially on road trips. Fortunately, Prime Music has an option for offline downloads. Just tap the three-dot menu again and click Download button
If you don’t see the download option, first add the song to My Music (three-dot menu), then go to the Music tab. Find the song and tap Download button Did you know: Prime Music will unauthorize paired devices after 90 days of inactivity.
5. Bored? Refresh your music selection
Another trick that Prime Music has up his sleeves is the Refresh option. This allows you to refresh your music options with a tap of one buttonAs with the tricks above, this option is under the Settings menu.
