2. Change the YouTube language

Change the language on iPhone and iPad
Step 1: Open the Settings app and tap General.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap Language & Region.
Step 3: Tap iPhone Language. Choose the one you understand. Tap Done.
Step 4: Go back and tap Edit at the top. If you’ve selected multiple languages, change the order by keeping your preferred choice at the top, and so on. Tap Done to save the changes.
4. Change the language for Google products
Step 1: Access the settings for your Google account by going to https://myaccount.google.com/. Step 2: Click Data and Personalization on the left.
Step 3: Scroll down and click on Language under General Web Preferences. Tip You can go directly to https://myaccount.google.com/language to access the language section of your account. Step 4: Add all the languages you know by clicking Add another language. Make sure to keep the language you know well as your default language.
Step 5: Close your browser. You should also clear the cache of your browser. Then check the video titles.
5. Turn off VPN
If you’re using a VPN, your location may look different from YouTube’s, which is why you’ll see different titles. So try to turn off the VPN for a while and see if YouTube stops translating video titles automatically.
