How to Fix Google Meet Lag During Presentation – Guide
While not as popular as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, Google Meet has found some buyers in the consumer space. 1. USE GOOGLE CHROME

3. SUSPEND OTHER ACTIVITIES IN THE BACKGROUND
If you download large files or stream 4K videos in the background, you should pause or close them. Make sure Google Meet has the most bandwidth available to use during video calls.
