Add logo in MS Paint.
With MS Paint, you cannot place an image on top of another image. That means there is no direct way to add a logo to your photo. However, a simple solution requires the help of the traditional copy and paste method. Here’s what to do. Step 1: Start MS Paint. Click File followed by Open. Navigate to the logo file you want to put on your photo.
Step 2: Once it opens in Paint, click on the Selection tool and select the area of the logo.
Step 3: Right-click the selected area and click Copy from the menu. You can also press Ctrl + C.
Step 4: Go to File> Open again. Now start the photo where you want to add your logo. Step 5: When the image opens in Paint, right-click it and select Paste from the menu. You can even use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + V to paste from the clipboard.
Step 6: Hold your mouse pointer over the pasted image and drag it to the desired position.
Step 7: Finally, click File> Save As and save the image in any format you want. There is no need to save the image in PNG format to maintain the transparency of the logo here. That is preserved anyway by pasting it on the photo. The first three steps are also avoidable if you open your logo file in another photo viewer or editing app. However, in those apps, you must copy the logo and paste it on the actual image in Paint.
Add logo in Paint 3D
Fortunately, the updated Paint 3D provides an easy way to put a logo on a photo. Here’s what needs to be done. Step 1: Start Paint 3D on your PC. Step 2: Click Menu followed by Open> Browse files at the top. Now open the image on which you want to add your logo. Yes, you need to open the image directly – you don’t need to open the logo first.
Step 3: Once the image is open, click the menu at the top again. Click the Insert option in the menu. Then navigate to your logo and open it.
Step 4: The logo will be added to your image. You can resize, change position, rotate and perform other transformations. You can even turn it into a sticker. By doing that, you can easily add it to other images.
Watermark in Paint and Paint 3D

Add a watermark in paint.
Step 1: Open the image to which you want to add a watermark in Paint. Step 2: Click the text icon (A) in the toolbar to insert text. Then click anywhere on the image.
Step 3: Type your watermark in the text box. You can change the formatting (size, color, style, etc.) from the options at the top. Tip First select the text to make changes.
If you want the watermark to have a background color, click the Opaque option and change the color in the color palette. Step 4: Finally, move the watermark to the desired location on the image. To do this, move your mouse over the dotted lines. When the mouse pointer changes to a four-arrow icon, drag it. Note: Do not click outside the text box until you have finished editing the watermark and moved it to the exact position.
Step 5: Use File> Save As and save your image with the watermark on it.
Add watermark in Paint 3D
Step 1: Open the image in Paint 3D. Step 2: Click on the text tool at the top and select 2D or 3D text in the sidebar. Then click on the image to insert the text.
The advantage of 3D text is that you can change the text even if you click outside the text box, which is impossible with 2D text. Furthermore, the 3D text adds a depth effect. Step 3: After making all the changes to the watermark, save your image with Menu> Save As. Tip You can create a custom logo in Paint 3D.
