Steps to Track Internet Activity Using Windows Firewall

Domain Profile:

This is a profile you need to access if you are working on the connection which is the Wifi network where the domain name is provided by the domain controller. You may not need to access this profile as it is generally not used in home networks.

Private profile:

This is the profile you will need to access if you are working on any private network connections. This also includes your home and personal networks. This is the selection you are most likely to access.

Public profile:

This is the profile you will need to access if you are working on any public network connection such as public Wi-Fi. Depending on the connection type, you just selected up the Log option for this tab only.
