The idea is to give everyone a personal recommendation and watchlist based on their viewing habits. Using one profile among Prime members can make things busy and spoil the overall experience. Prime subscribers can add up up to six profiles to their Prime account. Of these six profiles, at least one (admin profile) must be an adult, while the other five profiles can be for adults or children under the age of 12. There are a number of ways to add user profiles to Prime Video. You can prefer the Android or iOS app or use the web portal to create user profiles.
On the desktop
Follow the steps below to add user profiles to the desktop. Step 1: Navigate to Prime Video on the web and log in with your Prime Video credentials. Step 2: Tap the account picture in the top right corner and it will open the Account Settings menu.

Step 3: Select Manager Profiles and it will open the menu with the Edit Profile option.
Step 4: Tap ‘Edit profile’ button, and you can change and even delete the profile name. There is no way to change the user profile in child profiles. To do this, you need to delete the existing profile and create a new profile for children.
On Mobile
Follow the steps below to manage user profiles. Step 1: Open the Prime Video app on it mobile Step 2: In the bottom bar, open the ‘My stuff’ menu and tap your profile name at the top.
Step 3: It scrolls down the profile menu, select ‘Edit’ from the option. Step 4: From the next menu you can tap on the ‘Edit’ icon and go to any user profile. You can rename it or delete the profile from the Prime Video account.
However, as expected, you cannot delete the administrator account. What are you waiting for?
